Hanging Rice (Puso)

Hanging rice or puso is a food originating from Cebu, Philippines. The food is made of rice wrapped in coco leaves and is then served by cutting half the food. Traditionally this is best when eaten using barehands and served with roasted pig and Philippines spring roll (ngoyong). One of the advantages of eating puso is its availability almost every corner in the city where it saves time rather than cooking.
