This is what they call Chocolate Torte Cake. Most of the Chocolate addict will be more satisfied by this European Style cake with a creamy chocolate espresso that provides the filling for two layers of impossibly moist chocolate cake topped with coffee ice cream sandwich and dark chocolate crumble cookies. You can also add some dark chocolate shavings that make the cake as beautiful as it is delicious.
